Assessment and watershed planning
The South Santiam Watershed Council (SSWC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization representing a broad range of stakeholders who live, work, and recreate in the South Santiam Watershed. 

Stakeholders participating on the SSWC include rural and urban residents, private landowners, private timber industry, agricultural interests, local businesses, community organizations, schools, and city, county, state, and federal governments.

Newsletter
The South Santiam Watershed Council meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the Lebanon Senior Center.  Meetings begin at 6:00 pm, and offer citizens an opportunity to discuss natural resource issues in a unique forum with many points of view represented.
