The South Santiam Watershed Council
Founded in 1995

Our office is located within the Sweet Home Ranger District Office at 4431 Hwy 20 in Sweet Home, Oregon. Please feel free to stop by if you are in the neighborhood!

The South Santiam Watershed Council (SSWC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization representing a broad range of stakeholders who live, work, and recreate in the South Santiam Watershed. Stakeholders participating on the SSWC include rural and urban residents, private landowners, private timber industry, agricultural interests, local businesses, community organizations, schools, and city, county, state, and federal governments.

Mission: To involve local people in the enhancement and protection of the South Santiam watershed for the social and economic benefit of its landowners, managers, and users.
